Berel barrows is a burial complex located in the Shilikta valley of East Kazakhstan region. It consists of 72 burial structures that date back to the 5th-4th centuries BC. The most notable burial site of the necropolis is the "Golden Mound of Kings". It is known for its luxurious, gold-embroidered costume and jewelry discovered during excavations.
